We are a group of Chinese Americans living in Madison. When we first heard the first community spreading COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin, we felt compelled to do something besides following social distancing guidelines to protect our community, especially the healthcare workers as well as the first responders in our local community.
On behalf of a group of Chinese Americans who are residing in Madison area, we ordered 10,000 of KN95 respirators (Comparison of KN95, and N95) from an occupational safety manufacturer (GB2626-2006 Certificates) in Shanghai on March 19. This batch of KN95 respirators was shipped and cleared at O'hare airport on March 26 (Release status) and arrived in Madison on March 30 (Receipts).
