Caitlin's Memorial & Marsi's relief fund

UPDATE:  The focus of this fundraiser has shifted. My sister, Caitlin, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, Novemeber 29. Because of the circumstances stated below, we do not have the funds to make arrangements. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated during this most difficult time. Due to circumstances beyond my control I will no longer be able to afford rent as of December. 
The property I had owned for 35 years was declared uninhabitable 6 years ago due to mold. The mold was the result of an issue my condo association has refused to fix. Until it became unlivable the condo was a rental property, the income of which paid my rent.
I held on to the property for years until I was forced to sell to an investor for less that half it's value (due to being uninhabitable). There is an ongoing lawsuit. The association has done everything possible to stall the trial by asking for continuance after continuance hoping I'll give up.
I can't walk away because this was the only security I had. Now because of Covid the courts are closed and the case has been postponed indefinitely. I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from additional work beyond the full time job I have held for 15 yrs.
