Maria Perez Recuperating in the Hospital

On Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, my mother Maria Perez was struck by an unlicensed driver around 7:20 pm. My mother arrived at the hospital unconscious. She had suffered head trauma and was immediately intubated. She had to undergo brain surgery and is now fighting for her life. I know we all say great things about our mothers, but this woman is the strongest woman I have ever witnessed in my life. She didn’t have an easy life but even still she loves God with all of her heart. She loves and enjoys helping people in need, and also talking to others about the miracles that God has done in her life. Overall, she is a servant of God and when she wakes up (because I believe with all my heart she will) she will need lots of care at the beginning and that is what motivated me to create this GoFundMe. After all of those years of my mother taking care of me, now it's my turn to take care of her. All of these contributions will go towards my mom’s medical expenses, supporting my dad who is retired, and overall covering the expenses that are needed at the moment.
