Margie Soulagnet passed away on Friday December 14, 2018 while visiting her daughter Katrienne on a Christmas trip in Atlanta, Ga. We are creating this account to help her family with funeral services and handling the hospital bills during this troubling time. Thank you for any donation you can make to Margie’s Funeral expenses - The Soulagnet family is grateful for your love and support.

She was born in Cincinatti, Ohio and daughter of the late Dr. Bernard  Dienger and Agnes Lockridge.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 32 years, Andre' Joseph Soulagnet, and loving daughters Katrienne 'Kat' Gabrielle Soulagnet, Bridgett 'B' Marguerite Soulagnet, her extended family Gabrielle ‘Gabby' Kehoe and son Dr. Alexander Gamble (Carol), & grandchildren (Maxamillion) (Lucas Lex) as well as her siblings Robert Dienger(Denice), Lawrence Dienger(Joy), Mary Dienger Petrosky (Pat), Joseph Dienger (Denise), the late William Dienger, Elizabeth 'Bettie' Dienger Hermis(Tim), Teresa 'Tracie' Dienger (Greg), Paul Dienger and 25 nieces and nephews.

Margie graduated from Mariemont High in Cincinatti, where she was a Junior Olympic Spring board and Platform diver. She later volunteer, coached, and directed the Lakeside C.C. DiveTeam and League Judged over 15 years.

Margie was a most dedicated ICU & CCU Nurse with a B.S.N. from Spalding University '84 in Louisville, Ky. Her work spanned over 32 years as she travel nursed in 3 different states over the course of her career. She was staffed at Lakeland, Humana, EJGH, Touro as well as her over 20 year affiliation with the Advantage Nursing Agency where she worked for most every hospital in the metro area whenever asked. She was an ICU charge nurse and took care of many of our fellow friends, family and parishioners. She taught classes, did a year as a People's health case nurse and last week filled in as a Public High School Nurse and helped dozens of students. Margie took any task given with an open mind and fresh attitude. Her love of others was immeasurable as she nurtured every man woman and animal that came into her life.

Margie gave of herself always without hesitation or reservation. She coached and volunteered at Lakeview Playground, St. Pius, and Mt Carmel. She loved everyone she met and they loved her wit, young spirit and giving heart back. She was our rock, our cheerleader, our lighthearted leader through this life. The world will shine a little less bright without her.   She will be truly missed! God Bless her.
