All proceeds will go to his Girlfriend Kimberly and Kids Kimara and Marcus Jr. Marcus was a great man and was passionate about his snakes and fishing! Boy did he love his fishing, I would think he loved it more than the snakes. He always talked about his kids how they always kept him busy, and he wouldn't have it any other way. I will miss my dear friend, there isn't a day that goes by that I dont think about him. My heart aches that he's gone too soon. I will miss our conversations that we had over the phone, but I will always cherish them from here on out. You will be FOREVER missed Marcus!  From the Reptile Community to Family and Friends let's help out his family that are deeply grieving for him at this time. Anything given will really help out his family.

A funeral service for Marcus Deshawn “Shawn” Williams, 41, of Jeffersonville, IN. will be Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 2 PM Brighter Day Anderson Temple, 1755 E. 8th St., Jeffersonville.  Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM until time of service at the church.  He passed away July 7, 2017. 

Shawn was born March 7, 1976 in Louisville, KY. to Kevin J. and Sheridan M. Williams.  He owned and operated Boa Shot Reptiles, was an avid fisherman and loved to bowl. 

He is preceded in death by his mother. 

Survivors include his father Kevin J. Williams (Bonita); his spouse Kimberly Mitchell; children, Kimara and Marcus, Jr.; grandmothers; Mary Cooper, and Wilma Sadler-Morton; sister, Laelonni Williams; brother Kevin A. Williams; sister, Sophia Gales (Tyrone); nieces and nephews, Taylor, Dezmond, Lance, Amaia, Bryan, Marlee, Tyson, Henlee, and Nyla.
