Mama of 14 children needs help

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m married to an amazingly hard worker, loving husband, and great dad: Robert. We have 14 incredible children (13 of them are adopted), and one amazing grandson. Most of the children live at home and require our support. When one one member of the team goes down, it’s a bit rocky. When Mama goes down, the ship wants to sink! I’m presently using a wheelchair as needed, and humbly, a bedside potty. I want to hike again, swim with my babies, creek walk, be barefoot, so many things!!

Many know I had a devastating bout with Covid Pneumonia nearly 2 years ago. I spent 30+ days hospitalized. It’s been an uphill battle. I had to learn to walk again, talk again, and give everything I have to survive. My liver, circulatory system and digestive tract took the brunt of this virus. I’ve had 4 GI bleeds in the last year, along with ongoing iron infusions, a heart attack 7/4/22 from blood loss, and 8 units of blood. I’m finding that my feet and toes have taken a big hit. I’ve lost 64% sensation on one foot and 53% in the other. I am on target for amputation of both feet if I don’t get treatment asap.
