Malia´s Breast Augmentation

Hi my name is Malia and I´m a Woman of Trans experience.

It took a while for me to gain the courage to create this go fund me mainly because i felt ashamed of asking for any help and in such a public way at that.

Putting this out in the open feels like putting the most vulnerable version of myself out, but it has come to a point where i cant wait any longer to achive this goal in life.

I created this fund so that i can do my breast augmentation, most people might think that this is just for aesthetic porpuses but its really not the case its way bigger than that when it comes to the trans experience, its a real need sometimes a life or death situation.

The waiting lists to get gender affirming surgeries are sometimes up to 5 years or longer and i dont have 5 years to wait.

Being a Black Transgender Woman living in Portugal the transphobia and racism come in many ways, i have to go through adversities that most people dont have to, making it harder for me to get to a state in life where i can be trully happy, difficulting my access to jobs for example, or any kind of public space without feeling threatened by the discrimination or violences in general that may occur.

All i want is to feel more beautiful, safer in this world and to mirror what i feel in the inside on the outside, so, if you could help a gurl out in this journey by donating or sharing i would really appreciate it!
