Make Tom's Baseball Hall of Fame Wish Come True

Hello my name is Stephanie Kleismit I have been with my husband Tom for almost 21 years and soon we will celebrate our 20th anniversary. We have three daughters, two son in laws and one grandson. This last few weeks have been hard on our family and friends because we got news that Tom’s heart isn’t doing good. We are down to the last few options to keep him here with us and one of those options is a heart transplant. So our daughters and I would love to make one thing come true that he has talked about for years that he wants to do. It may sound crazy to some but if you know my husband you know how much love he has for baseball and how much he got that love for baseball from his Dad. So he would love to drive to New York to the baseball hall of fame with his dad and just enjoy being there with his Dad. So our daughters and I are asking for your help to raise the money up so we can get Tom’s wish to come true. We would like to go by the end of July beginning of August. We don’t know what the future holds but if you all can help us out to not only put a smile on my husband’s face but his whole family’s face. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
