Make Sa'miyas Christmas special

This is my unofficial foster daughter Sa'miya and she is four years old. I have had her since she was two weeks old due to her mothers incarceration which lasted 2yrs . Sa'miya is one of 7 children . The decision was as made to leave her with us because she was attached to us and calls us mommy and daddy as she does to this day. Her real mother is a single parent whom has had a lot of difficulty in her life and now has all the children except Sa'miya. She is unable to help us financially  provide for her and I don't want to start a child support case against her because she is barely making it with the other children. I'm afraid if I do and she can't pay then she will again be incarcerated and taken from her kids lives yet again.  So we have been providing for her with our megger Social Security checks we receive monthly. We had been doing okay until Covid-19 struck the Nation. Now we are in a position that we can't afford to give her a Christmas this year due to our rent and household bills have gone up and left us financially strapped this year. I'm usually the one who is always trying to help people even though I'm struggling myself . I'm at wits end worrying what I'm going to say to her on Christmas morning when there are no gifts for her under the tree. I have exhausted all avenues try to make this happen for her.  So this is my last option and I would be most grateful if someone reached out to help my baby girl have a Merry Christmas.
