Mai Vang and The Egg Roll Queen

Hello everyone, when I began my food truck career, there was only one person who offered advice to a new food truck vendor. This advice was immediately followed by support, and eventually a friendship that had become familial. Mai and Chai Vang are two of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve met. They’ve become staples in the community with their food truck and philanthropy. They’re the epitome of kindness and selflessness. On the evening of December 29th, their food truck was vandalized and their generator AND catalytic converter were stolen. With everything they do and all that they rely on depending on the operation of this truck, they are put in a precarious situation. I am organizing this small effort to give back to two people who have given so much. Mai is a person who perseveres and will spin a negative situation into a positive. I want to help her turn this horrendous violation into a show of solidarity. Please help me help The Egg Roll Queen. She deserves it and the community deserves to have her food.
