Luci & Chris need our help

Hello Friends!! I am putting this go fund me
page together for our friends Luci & Chris-
two people who would do anything they could for any one of us...I know they have for me!!

As many know, Luci and Chris have spent the
last 23 months renovating their home.
 This December they were FINALLY able to
occupy their addition after lots of set backs, 
greater than expected costs, and many other
barriers that came with this project. 

This afternoon (1/7), Luci walked into their
laundry  room to find a disaster- the hose to
the washer had let go unknowingly, which
resulted in water pouring for an unknown
amount of time.
Current damage is: to a large portion of new
flooring , ceiling and windows.  Water was
pouring out of the ceiling fans and lighting in
their dining room. Additionally the water has 
seeped down the walls (from the ceiling) and there is potential damage through to the siding.  

I imagine many of you are  saying
“they can make a claim to home owners
insurance,” which I imagine they will. However,
 many of you may not know that Luci has been out of work since prior to Thanksgiving, and 
will not start in her new position until next
month. 

I’m asking for $6,000.00 in hopes that it will
be something to hold them over until the 
insurance company assesses the damage, and Luci starts receiving a paycheck. 

I know many of  have been subjected to
financial burden due to the pandemic. If that is the case, do not feel pressure to donate, but
maybe pass this on to another? Please, let’s see what we can do.
