Loving Our Friend Marina

Years ago I met this spunky, outgoing, extremely talented floral designer at a shop we worked in together. She was quick to smile, share a delicious chocolate treat and always a lesson on life and love. Little did we know we are neighbors! Her life growing up in Siberia gave her much wisdom. With her daughter living in the USA, she wanted to be closer to her so she  now lives a peaceful life in North Carolina on our beautiful street.

February 2019 brought her the shock of her life being diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 breast cancer which has metastasized to her spine. Needless to say, this precious gal needs your support. Her daughter in NYC, her elderly mother in Siberia, her beloved friends and I are requesting a donation on her behalf to help her to fight this diagnosis.  Marina is no longer able to work. Any and all donations will go directly to cover her medical expenses. If you are unable to assist, would you please consider sharing this story with your friends and family? This is a very serious situation and she needs us all to rally around her in this season of her life.
