For the Love of Maria

On Saturday October 28, Maria was on her way to a family gathering when she was in a head-on collision. Rounding a corner on a local road, there was a car in her lane and with no time to react, they collided. Her car was so damaged that she had to be extricated from it, and without the seatbelt and airbag she would have not come out as well as she did.

Maria suffered a broken knee, ribs, and a broken neck (thankfully not paralyzing). She will be out of work for at least 6-8 weeks as she makes a full recovery so her friends and family are trying to help cover some expenses from the medical procedures and lost time at work.
