Love for Amber Lee (Gurr) Peterson

My dearest friend and sister, Amber, was life flighted to Mckay-Dee Hospital due to breathing issues, on January 5th. Since then she has been in a medically induced coma, on a ventilator and has had a tracheotomy done. She has also been on dialysis multiple times in the last 10 days. He sweet husband has remained by her side for the last three weeks, day and night. Her family and friends have remained as positive and hopeful as can be, but yesterday, January 26th, we were informed that she developed an infection that has spread to her vital organs and caused her brain to loose oxygen.
Amber is a retired vet with Very limited income. Her hubby lost his job right before Christmas due to an accident. To say this family has been through the ringer is by far, an understatement. Words cannot express the trying time this has been for her family and friends.
Amber was always full of life and loved to make people laugh. To know that she will not be the same person we know and love, is heart wrenching. We hope that you can find it in your heart to help them out with both the current medical bills and the extremely difficult upcoming decisions that  need to be made.
