Louisa's Broken Ankle Fund

Our dear friend, Louisa Escamilla, broke her ankle on Sunday (Jan. 12) at a trail run in Bandera, Texas. She will not only be away from work for the foreseeable future (she works in retail and stands all day), but she will need surgery to repair the break. She not only will need to make up for the lost income but also cover medical expenses. Right now, we're starting with a request to raise $1,000. The expenses could go much higher, so if we go over, that's great. We would like for her to get that money as soon as possible. Any amount you want to pitch in will be appreciated.
