Lost everything and insurance won't pay.

Hi my name is Karen. I lost everything in hurricane Ian. My insurance company told me I didn't need flood insurance but they lied and now they won't pay for anything. Everything I owned was lost. Trying to at least pay to get the walls back up to let me move back into my house with my we year old cat who is traumatized as am i after sheltering in my truck for 3 days. The funds will be used to rebuild my house.
