Christmas Gifts for Mamas in Grief
Donation protected
It's almost been a year since our sweet Helen died. As we quickly approach Christmas I find myself thinking of three things, "Thank God he sent us a savior", "boy, do I miss Helen", and "Man, my heart breaks with all the other Loss Mama's this Christmas".
As I encounter moms who've lost babies and scroll through their comments on our facebook group, I find myself longing to give them each a special gift this Christmas. Many will be weary, angry, sad, and hopeless. Most will feel alone in a room full of people and wonder if anyone sees their pain. Whether they're surrounded by loved ones who understand or alone with their spouse, I'd like to remind them that God sees them and their weary hearts.
Would you partner with me to give a special gift this Christmas? Psalm 56:8 says, "You have kept count of my tossings; kept my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book? " I've selected a beautiful piece of jewelry that has been designed especially to reflect this verse. I would love to give this beautiful piece of jewelry to as many women as possible so they may know they are not alone, God sees them even when no one else does.
