To my fellow Aldine Mustangs, Sam Houston Bearkats and Sigma Chi's....our classmate, brother and friend - Lonnie Martin is in desparate need of relocating from his current living conditions.  Lonnie has been on disability since 2008.  He has had several strokes and heart attacks and is partially paralized.  Lonnie's home (which has to be wheelchair accessible) along with 2 rental houses were flooded earlier this year.  The rental homes are no longer livable and his existing home is in very bad shape.  Relocation is the only answer to remove Lonnie from the flood area he is in and provide him a safer environment.  His objective is to get closer to his caretaker.  After one of the floods this past year, Lonnie had to stay in a wheelchair for 24 hours/day for 30 days while his medical bed was being repaired from the floods.  I am asking on behalf of Lonnie to consider helping out a brother and friend in a much needed way.
