London 2 Lagos: Supporting Communities

Dear friends,

I am writing this with great excitement as I prepare to embark on a great adventure. In just a few short months, I will be cycling from London to Lagos (over 4,000 miles!), a journey that will push me physically and mentally, and allow me to experience the incredible diversity of our world. The focus of this adventure is to explore each country and the people that reside there, diving deep into communities and gaining insight into their lives, including their wants and needs.

But this journey is not just about me. It is also about raising funds for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart - helping young athletes in need. As you know, sports is a powerful way to bring people together, promote health and wellness, and instill important values like teamwork and determination. But for far too many young people, access to quality sports training and support simply isn't possible.

That's why I am asking for your help today. By donating to this cause you will be directly supporting our efforts to hire two people for a year to train and develop young athletes. You will be sponsoring one young female cyclist, helping her to continue her training and work with other young females to develop their skills. Furthermore, you will also be contributing to the ongoing work we do, providing much-needed support and aid to families and communities who are struggling.

I know that times are tough for many of us. Which is why your help is incredibly valuable and important to us. By supporting these young athletes, you are investing in the future - not just of sports, but of our society as a whole.
