Logan's bedroom/bathroom renovation

Hi there, I'm Logan Walk, and I have a very serious disability. SL-HPE, Semi-Lobar Holoprosencephay. SL-HPE affects my fine and gross motor skills. I'm a happy 13 year old boy, 100% dependant on my Mom and Dad. I am wheelchair bound, but that doesn't stop me and my family from doing all of the things all other families enjoy.  We just have to be more strategic. I have a much needed renovation of my new home. I require a main level bedroom, and roll-in shower. Of course in northern Virginia, it is very difficult to find a home that has the appropriate accomodations for me. Renovation plans from a local contractor are attached, to include the existing floorplan, proposed, and the cost to make changes needed.
