Local musician in danger of homelessness
Spende geschützt
One of the first people I met moving to Eugene was Richard. He’s an accomplished saxophone and clarinet player, who worked steady at local instrument repair shop as a brass instrument repair technician for nearly 20 years until it sold to a corporation. Richard wants to start his own brass repair shop but is a diabetic, and without a steady income has had to choose between rent and health insurance and his health is now failing to the point that he is unable to work enough to pay rent and has been asked to vacate his apartment by April.
We’ve all had hard times. Richard has been there for me and many others in our community, he is the kindest person I know and gave even when he had very little.
I ask that we lift Richard up and help him to get through this difficult time. If he can get another place, and medical care, he could begin to work again.
