Lisa Felton (Steele) Loretta's oldest daughter has been fighting breast cancer. She just finished her last chemo treatment.
Next is a double mastectomy followed by a few months later by a hysterectomy. A difficult prospect to face. Lisa's is a school teacher, as we all know school teachers don't make a lot of money.
Her insurance has a $6000 deductible and only covers 80%. With the hysterectomy coming after the new year her dedutctable starts over.
As many of you may know the doctors/hospitals don't want payments as they would like to be paid in full.
Facing the prospect of of mutilation of you're body thur surgery, chemo, hair loss and the fact that you could die from cancer is stressful enough . Than to have to struggle to pay while you are sick is almost in humane.
I would ask everyone in the family to try to make a donation small or large to help Lisa in through this crisis. If we all give a little (or a lot) it can make a difference.
