Two beautiful lives are hanging in the balance. During the evening hours of March 1st Lindzie Wilson was gunned down as she returned to her home in Dayton Ohio, just days before her 26th birthday. Lindzie was shot 3 times from behind. One in the leg, one in her shoulder, and then she took a shot from point blank range, to the back of her head. She is 16 weeks pregnant.
Lindzie was rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors said there was no hope; Lindzie and her unborn child were going to die. They told the family she might live 3 days and to say their final goodbye's.
Miraculously Lindsey and her unborn baby both have strong heartbeats and Lindzie is not brain dead. She responds to her mother's touch. She is in there and she is fighting the ultimate fight of her life, for her life and the life of her child.
Lindzie is also has small children, and , her children’s father has been left solely responsible for their well-being at this time. The hospital bills are piling up by the hour, as an entire family, terrified of losing their loved one, sitting helplessly, and praying endlessly for a miracle. People are rarely financially prepared to handle a financial burden of this magnitude.
