Lindsey, James and baby Felix

Lindsey went in to the Royal Alexandra hospital for a check up August 21st when staff told her to come back in 2 days to check on baby again.
Upon coming back doctors told Lindsey they were thinking of taking Felix out. Within less than an hour from the news Lindsey was taken up for surgery and baby Felix was born via c-section at 1:25pm August 23rd at only 26 weeks old weighing 1lb 11oz.
Everyone was thrilled with joy at his arrival but they still have a long journey ahead of them to bring their baby boy home. Doctors and nurses predict that Felix will be staying in the NICU until around his due date, November 30th.
In the meantime James will be travelling back and forth from Slave Lake to Edmonton on the weekend, while Lindsey spends the majority of her time living in Edmonton to be close with Felix. The expenses will continue to grow over Felix's NICU stay and additional expenses.
Felix is a little fighter and he's doing very well, Lindsey and James want to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayers.
