The Avon Holidays and Events Committee is excited to bring extra sparkle and holiday cheer to Avon Village this Christmas season! We're organizing a community-wide effort to install festive lights and decorations throughout the village—and we need your help.

Whether you're a resident, visitor, or business owner, your support will help transform our village into a magical winter wonderland that brings joy to all.

Please consider becoming a sponsor or making a donation. Every dollar helps us purchase lights, cover setup costs, and create a celebration the whole community can enjoy.

Avon Village Christmas Lights – Sponsorship Levels

Tier Amount Recognition & Perks

North Star Sponsor $1,000+ Select a decoration location along Highway 12 (based on pre-approved poles). Recognition on social media and thank-you signage at the village entrance. No signage placed at pole.

Holiday Spirit Sponsor $500–$999 Recognition on shared thank-you signage and social media. Eligible for pole location if available (after North Star sponsors).

Snowflake Sponsor $250–$499 Name listed on thank-you signage and in social media posts.

Elf Helper $100–$249 Social media thank-you and name listed on committee webpage (if applicable).

Community Contributor Under $100 Group thank-you in community newsletter or social media post.

How Pole Sponsorship Works (No On-Site Signage)

Certain poles along Highway 12 are approved for decorations. ***Maybe Harbor Rd too***

North Star Sponsors can select which of these poles will be decorated using their donation.

There will be no signs, names, or logos posted at the decorated poles to maintain a unified holiday aesthetic.

All sponsor recognition will take place online and on a central thank-you board or banner at the village entrance.
