Lifting Up Will Weaver's Children

Donation protected
It is with great sadness and remorse that I share this news that's has been making its way out via friends , news and social media.

Yesterday, the world lost a great guy.

My niece and nephew lost their father. My children lost a wonderful uncle.

I lost my only brother and today I share with you that many of you have lost a great friend.

My brother Will Barber Weaver was taken tragically by cold white cap waters of Lake Tahoe in a kayaking accident during on the July 4th holiday.

It's very devastating and like everyone I'm in disbelief.

If you know anything about my brother , you know he loved to cut hair , share stories , throw down some beats , cut a lot of jokes (funny ones and not so funny ones) and do life authentically his way.

From all I understand , yesterday was absolutely no different ... he was enjoying a day on the lake celebrating Independence Day.

I want to say this is not a post that I want to share , as I wish this was all a bad dream. In a world of social media , sharing the news for all of Will's friends , family members , clients and acquaintances has become a responsibility.

Will was a friend, an entertainer and a barber to so many. He was and always will be only brother, I love him and deeply miss him already.

I will share more information about memorial services and a celebration of his life as soon as I can.

For those who are interested in what they can do to help, our main concern is Will's two incredible children.   They will have a lifetime of needs that Will will not be able to provide for.

I would really like to encourage anyone who was thinking about flowers, a card, or anything that would cost a penny to instead contribute to the future of Ricardo and Graciala.   It would be wonderful to be able to have your gifts compound over the next 10 years so we can show these children the same sort of love that my brother always did for them and everyone else.

Above all else , I ask for your prayers , good wishes and love for my brother and everyone who loved him.
