Life Challenge Building Fund

Since 1995, Life Challenge has been contracting with the State of Arizona to provide services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. While we have operated out of the same building that entire time, the City of Phoenix is now requiring us to make costly upgrades in order to be in compliance with City building codes.  These unanticipated expenses are not accounted for in our contracted rate, which is our only source of income.  Therefore, they represent a significant financial hardship for our agency. Procedes from this fundraiser will go to defer the costs of the building upgrades, which are necessary in order to continue operating at our current location. The ultimate beneficiaries will be the developmentally disabled people we serve as our already limited resources will not be further depleted and can continue to be devoted to the programs and services that serve their needs.
