Liberation for my son.

I am asking for support with a heavy heart and a plea for assistance on behalf of my innocent son. As a single father, my primary goal is to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for my child to grow and thrive. However, we have faced unimaginable challenges in our journey, compounded by the fact that I am missing work to attend court hearings, making it increasingly difficult to make enough hours to cover our monthly expenses.

At just 3 years old, my beloved child experienced a traumatic incident that no child should ever endure. He was beaten unconscious by his mother's boyfriend, a Prince George’s County Police Officer. This horrifying incident left physical and emotional scars that continue to affect him to this day.

Since then, we have been in a lengthy and costly custody battle to protect my son from any further harm. It has been an emotionally draining journey, and I find myself in the painful position of having to choose between attending court hearings to secure my child's safety and maintaining my employment to cover our basic living expenses.

To secure a future free from harm for my young son, we urgently need to secure legal representation. The situation is dire, as he is still complaining of abuse. My financial resources have been depleted by the ongoing legal fees, and I am unable to bear the full cost of the legal representation required to safeguard my child's future. The time away from work to attend court hearings is making it increasingly difficult to make ends meet.
