A tragic update, Lexi passed away peacefully the morning of Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.

After three successful brain surgeries, chemo treatments, and radiation, her cancer came back a 4th time in October 2025. Lexi spent her final months surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Anyone who has met Lexi knows how fun, sweet, and sassy she was. She was the brightest light in the room and always finding ways to make you laugh. She is loved by many and will always be missed.

Her mom, Tiffany, and grandparents, Jenny and Ron, are not only left to grieve the loss of their daughter and granddaughter, but are also left with the financial burden of hospice costs, wages lost from time off from work, and funeral costs.

Any donation amount is greatly appreciated by Lexi's family and will go towards the expenses they've accrued and will owe for funeral costs moving forward.

In February, Lexi was diagnosed with ependymoma brain cancer. She will begin chemo treatments on June 26th, just a few weeks after she celebrated her 15th birthday.
