Let's transform society from one child at a time

As a survivor of child abuse myself, I aim to support children to experience a healthy childhood so they can become free from trauma adults who can do their best for future generations emotional, mental and physical health.

Sadly, the restrictions from the lockdowns of 2020-2021 left a worrying increase in the mental health repercussions for everyone, especially children and adolescents. Fear, oxygen deprivation, uncertainty, social isolation, increased screen time, and parental fatigue negatively affected children's mental health. On top of that, friendships and family support were also disrupted.

So, I am here, willing to make a difference because I envision a world where children can grow happy, healthy, feeling unconditionally loved, worthy, seen, heard, valued, appreciated, validated for who they are, and respected no matter what!

And my request is for you to join me on my mission to protect children from abuse and neglect and to transform society from one child at a time.

I will be running the East Grinstead 10k Run on the 9th of October, so I am fundraising for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
