Let's Stay Resilient!

2020 has been a year like no other. Nearly all of us have struggled with the anxiety and the financial, social, and familial challenges brought on by this pandemic. Among those most affected have been families from historically marginalized communities like the ones connected to our organization, Urban Nature Partners PDX (UNP). 

Despite these struggles, we are thrilled to report we were able to adapt our programming to continue our efforts and meet our 2020 goals. This resilience was made possible only through our supporters, community, and donors—like you.

Nothing is more gratifying than watching our youth become confident nature explorers and finding refuge in the outdoors. In order to continue our operations during these times, we need to meet a vital goal of raising $7,500 for 2021. If you have the means, we ask that you donate any amount that you can to help support our youth and programs through the next year.

We are proud to have completed our seventh year in outdoor youth programming, offering unique long-term, culturally-responsive, relationship-based support. Please help us as we embark on our eighth.

Your donation assists with:

- Funding for group outings, weekly 1:1 outings and at-home activity and nature kits
- Necessary outdoors youth gear and accessories, including jackets, boots, and COVID-19 safety supplies
- Funding Program administrators/coordinators positions, including the bilingual Spanish-speaking assistant
- Outreach to new youth, families and mentors
