Let’s pay the student lunch debt for HOB Middle

Lets help offset the student lunch debt for HOB Middle School in KeyWest. After speaking with Principal Christina McPherson “whom many of us remember from our days at KWHS” we learned that the current student debt was much higher than the $500 we planned to contribute. Currently the debt is at $7k and change. A higher figure than the years before Hurricane Irma. Let’s start these kids off with a fresh 2020.

Any amount helps. $5$10$20 
With Principal McPherson”s guidance we will initially contribute the most needy families first as we climb the contribution ladder. Single moms working multiple jobs, parents with severe disabilities, unexpected or debilitating health issues, households that have recently lost a parent due to death or suicide all come 1st. 

Let’s help the ones that need help and make a difference locally this year. If we can squash the debt all together it would be beyond amazing! 

Tim O’hare from the KeyWest Citezen Newspaper will be publishing an article to build awareness for the cause. Wether or not we reach our goal he will write a follow up article hopefully naming contributors and or their businesses.

Contact your local school principal and see what you can do to help out. Just takes a few minutes to start a go fund me and couple shares to get it rolling. 

UPDATE!!! We reached our goal and HOB middle is payed off! The total debt for entire Monroe county is $11k and change. We are going to keep this running and hold out for a miracle. Why not right?
