Let's Give Antonio His Wish

Meet Antonio. This brave 11-year-old boy was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma in February 2020, at the tender age of 9. His family lived in Grand Junction at the time. After months of making the 4-hour drive to Denver for treatments and surgeries, they decided to leave their family, friends and network behind to move closer to the hospital.

 

His parents have had difficulty finding steady work with the demanding chemo schedule, radiation, trips to the doctor and spending as much time as possible with their only son. Their time is more precious than ever since his mom had an emergency hysterectomy a few years ago and he is their only child.

 

Antonio wants to be a Marine Biologist. His dream is to swim with sharks, explore the ocean and visit Universal Studios. Because his diagnosis happened at the beginning of Covid, his Make-A-Wish trip was postponed several times before it got canceled altogether. Unbeknownst to the family, the foundation has a time limit, so he is no longer eligible for a trip through Make-A-Wish. Despite this setback, his parents want to make his dream come true and are funding the trip on their own...which is where you come in!

 

This money will be used to take Antonio on the trip of his life along with helping the family out while they go through this painful experience together.
