Paul's Conference Travel Fund

It takes a lot for me to ask this, but for a grad student on a stipend in NYC, sometimes things get tight. This past year, I've been working really hard to advance my career as an academic theologian, and it's paid off. I've passed the last major hurdles before my dissertation and have had two conference paper proposals accepted and have two more under consideration for publication. 

But I've also had a lot of unexpected expenses, which have set me back enough to make flights and hotels and registration fees a bit of a stretch while paying rent and for everything else in everyday life.

So, I decided I'd give this a shot, in case anyone I know has the resources and willingness to help me out with travel and registration costs for the conferences I'll be presenting at this summer. 

I can't promise anything in return right now, except for my deepest thanks for your support as I work toward establishing myself as a Christian theologian whose work shapes and advances the life of the church and, hopefully, makes the world a better, more peaceful place for all to call home. If you can support me in any way (from $10-?) it'd mean so, so much.
