Nate has been diagnosed with a congenital heart valve condition. He is scheduled for surgery at MUSC on July 13,2018.
Donations will be used for transportation, lodging, food for the parents along with insurance deductibles and copays for the surgery, doctor's bills, and medicines that Nate may need.
Any extra monies that are received and not used will be given to the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation.
