Leon Pompei's Last Stand

Leon’s Dad (and his Dad's Dad and his brothers) built boats on the Mordy Creek bank. Before them the Pompei’s of Sicily have always been in boats. It is unlikely any other boat builder's in Victoria will ever design and build as many boats as the Pompei’s of Mordialloc.  Leon wants to earn a living on the banks of the creek and give his son this option also. Surely this is the “reasonable expectation” of the return of Leon’s dad’s labour over the years. 
The funds for this campaign will be used to pay the legal costs required to defend and ultimately win this case. When Leon is succesessful, any costs he is awarded will be used to improve the current lease site for the benefit of creek users.
