Hi everyone,

I’m Leighton and on October 25th I’m joining Rise & Roam, a men’s mental health and wellbeing charity, to take on the incredible challenge of climbing the UK 3 Peaks in just 24 hours.

That means summiting:

Ben Nevis (Scotland’s highest mountain)

Scafell Pike (England’s highest peak)

Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa (the highest mountain in Wales)

—all within one day!

We’re doing this not just for ourselves, but to raise awareness and vital support for men’s mental health.

Why this matters:

This isn’t just about reaching summits, Men’s mental health is often overlooked, and too many guys suffer in silence.
