Legalize Eskateboards, One wheels and EUCs

Hi. My name is Tony Savino and I believe the law is unfair when it comes to electric skateboards, one wheels and EUCs. I was ticketed $598 for Riding on the road with no insurance. I would like to change these laws to include these devices in the city of Vancouver's scooter pilot program. I feel the laws are currently discriminatory and the fines are too Hefty for a 15 kg skateboard when the fine is meant for a 4,000 lb car.
