Help for Coyne family

I am not one to ask for help however my very beautiful step daughter who is 4 years old needs our help more than ever! She currently lives with her father and I. She has lived with her father since birth. We have been fighting her biological mother in court for over a year now. Her biological mother has been a drug and alcohol abuser, when she was younger birth-age 2 she would pick her up and say “mommy will be home after dinner” after dinner would come 2-3 weeks later when she would call my husband begging for help to get back home to PA; she would end up out of state. In the last 2 years she has seen and spent a total of maybe 90 hours with our daughter. We’ve had reason to believe there was some sort of abuse going on and we’ve done everything we can to keep her out of their care. which is why in October 2020 we hired our attorney and began our fight to award my husband sole legal and primary custody. Fast forward to March 2021 we had to childline a report for sexual abuse after our daughter told us a very concerning comment which lead us to believe she was sexually abused. From March 2021-May 2021 we had a PFA during the investigation which was ruled unfounded, dismissing the PFA and sending us to an 8 hour court session where we fought for supervised visits at a visitation center. Recently due to the judge’s ruling from that hearing bio mom was awarded visitation at her mothers house which her mother (our daughters maternal grandmother) is to be supervising these visits which we believe isn’t happening. We have fought for supervised visits at a visitation center as well as even tried to terminate her rights. Bio mom had 3 recent visits all of which were to be supervised by the maternal grandmother. Two of the most recent visits our daughter came to home to us in different clothes down to socks and underwear and the day after the most recent visit our daughter sadly told us yet another concerning comment. As of now we were granted a temporary PFA pending investigation. A 2 day trial which will end up happening in the future will costs us $6,000 and that doesn’t include subpoenas, trail prep or even evidence. I hate asking for help but anything is greatly appreciated. We want what is best for our daughter and in the past it was mentioned that if we want the visits supervised at a visitation center then we would need to cover those costs which can run upwards of $150 an hour or more. The biological mother has never provided any type of support for her. she has also expressed “I don’t wanna see mama she scares me”. Help me protect my baby! I might not have given birth to her but I would give my last breath for her to have one more.
