Legal fees to keep Bellflower Mural up

Hi, my name is Robert Cornejo I am the owner of Speedy Auto Tint. We are trying to keep the beloved mural up but unfortunately the city has its fees. We are going to have to pay for two hearings that alone will be around $3500.00 and also multiple other fees from the city from permits to code change We are asking for help from the community.
