Legal fees, need to get a lawyer before the 2nd

As most of you know, I recently moved to Texas because of the increasing cost of living in California. I sold everything I owned to buy a house and move here for a new start. After moving into the house we have encountered costly issues that were not disclosed. I have spent all the funds I have on getting the house into shape. Christmas is coming and well, I have never let my kids down, so I needed to do something to get some funds to get me through until I started being paid for the recent job I acquired a few days ago. As we all know I am a cannabis user and had brought a little amount with me for personal use. Not knowing anyone here I tried to make connections and sell what I had for personal use to give my kids a Christmas. Well the whole damn thing went completely wrong. I met a guy in Oklahoma and he turned out to be a really bad decision. Coming from the west coat and assuming Oklahoma had recently passed legalization at some levels, cannabis would be deemed not that big of a deal. To make a long story short, this person was an informant and set me up, I spent 4 days in jail, luckily two folks I met down here helped me out and bailed me out so that I can be home with the kids, well the great state of Oklahoma makes you have a paid attorney if you are on bail as part of the condition of bail, I have until the second of Jan to come up with another 1000 to give to a lawyer, if I do not I will be taken into custody and will have to sit there for 8 months. Oklahoma laws and courts are not the best place to get into trouble. I am asking that 100 of my friends please donate 10 and I can stay with my kids,I am facing 0-5 years in prison for a small amount of weed. It’s ridiculous and in no way is this justice. As many of you know how much I do for my kids. I am not a drug dealer, I do not do this for money, it was literally a desperate move to try and give these three a Christmas. It’s really hard to watch them look at others with a Christmas tree and presents and as a father who’s always provided, have no way to do anything for them this year. Buying this house has been the worst mistake of my life but I could no longer afford ridiculous California/Oregon costs. Tired of landlords making us pay crazy costs and evicting us to sell the house we live in. So we made the jump and it’s cost me. My kids know there will be no Christmas but they are happy dad is home and we have each other. We aren’t asking for money for presents at all, we don’t need material things to be happy. We have each other. I know there’s going to be a few of you that feel the need to talk down/about/or laugh at me for my bad decision and that’s ok. It’s totally my fault and I own it. I should have looked for different avenues but my pride kept me from asking for help. Facing this, my pride isn’t important, being here for these three is. Please spare 10. I will gladly show a receipt of payment to the lawyer. I appreciate anything my friends can do.
