Legal Fee Fund for Mary Shade

Donated funds will go to help Mary pay for legal fees related to the situation she is currently going through. If any are left over, they will be used to pay for legal counsel for women who have alleged abuse against themselves or their children, but lack the resources to fight anything in court.  

The details of Mary's court case, unfortunately, cannot be shared publicly at this time, so please contact me or one of Mary's friends or family and we will be happy to fill you in.  

Suffice it to say this legal battle has already effectively bankrupted her, and drained what resources her family had available to help her.  She needs $4000 by next week to retain her lawyer and $5000-$10000 to get through the next couple of hearings. There is some hope things can be settled after that, and this can all be put to rest.  If not, her lawyer has warned her this could take $80,000-$100,000 before all is said and done.

It is terrible what is happening to her, I think, and a true indication of the evil that exists in this world that she has had  to go through everything that has happened to her and her family over the past couple of years.
