Maintenance and Equity for Ownership

We are currently building the Great Cape Co-op to buy this fantastic 15-acre parcel in the center of Brewster to save our local businesses and beautiful public gardens.

The property is home to Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, Great Cape Herbs, Fare and Just Kitchen, and On the Trail E-Bikes. These popular businesses and gardens are considered the "Jewel of Brewster". The beautiful lands are a healing sanctuary for nature, wildlife, and anyone who wishes to walk in peace or sit while drinking a cup of coffee.

If this land is sold to a developer, we might lose these popular businesses and the public would lose access to the gardens and arboretum.

To protect the Jewel of Brewster, the Great Cape Co-op was established to preserve the businesses and green space. The mission is to raise enough funds to purchase the land for the Great Cape Co-op. This would protect the existing businesses and public access to the gardens.

Currently we are raising $350,000 for the 20% equity we need to secure the loan we have been working on to buy the property by June 30th 2024.
