Legal Bill Coverage for Mom & 3-Year-Old Daughter

In 2018, I left an emotionally abusive relationship. For the good of myself and my daughter, I filed for divorce. 

Due to his drug problems, irresponsibility with money, and some questionable indecent act charges (he won't provide me with details), I have filed for full-custody of our daughter, and he has fought me every step of the way. Due to a question over jurisdiction and multiple appeals on my ex's part, my legal fees have to-date cost me $23,000, and the divorce proceedings haven't even begun. 

I would like to move on and create a healthy life for my daughter and I. It is incredibly difficult with these legal debts and further legal charges looming once the divorce actually gets underway. My goal is to pay off the legal debt on my credit cards, pay back my parents who generously gave $8,000 to help pay for my lawyer's retainer, and save some money for a downpayment so my daughter and I can have a place of our own to call home.
