Family's Texas Flood Relief

My friend, my brother, my fellow former firefighter, has been devastated by Hurricane Harvey and the flooding it brought.

He is far too proud a man to ask for help, even though both he and his wife dedicate their lives to helping those around them.

I will ask on his behalf.  Help him rebuild and support his family.  He lost clothing, all of his vehicles, furniture, kitchen appliance, washer and dryer, and countless family keepsakes.  He also lost all of his woodworking equipment used to run a family custom furniture business.

I don't like asking for help.  Most people don't.  This man deserves it.  He has given so much of himself to the community.  Let's help him out.  Not a hand out, but a hand up.

Funds will be used to rebuild his home, business, clothing for his girls, and assistance in purchasing vehicles.  While I am sure insurance will assist, we all know they will be left less than whole and in a less than timely manner.

Your help and generosity is greatly appreciated.  Thank you all.
