4 Real Women International Inc, (4RWI) is a multi-generational, multi-cultural, non-denominational 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to empower and elevate women around the globe.

An organization run by women for women. Since 2007 we have touched the lives of more than 5,500 women and girls with our insight-gaining programs.

With a team of skilled and dedicated volunteers, we reach out to women locally, and internationally, through workshops, interventions, community forums and screenings.

Two annual programs are hosted in the New York area:
