Support the Callahan Family due to tragedy

In the early hours of June 26, 2022, our beautiful boy was violently taken from us in a senseless act of gun violence. Nathan had the gentlest soul and a shining light that brought so much happiness to everyone who knew him. His laughter was infectious, his smile as bright as the sun and his hugs the highlight of your day. Many of us called him Jesus, not just because of his long hair, but because of his kind heart. He would never hurt a soul and did not deserve to die this way. He had big goals and it isn’t fair that he won’t be able to achieve them.

No parent should ever have to say goodbye to their 18 year old and especially not under these circumstances. Nathan was loved by so many and deserves the most amazing celebration of his life. The Callahan’s do so much for so many people. We do not want them to have to worry about the financial burden of this unexpected tragedy. Their family should not have to make the decision to not travel because of the astronomical price to get here.

*The individual(s) responsible for this crime have still not been found. If anyone has any information that can lead to their arrest, please reach out to the Tucson Police Department or call 88- CRIME. We will not rest until these individuals are arrested.

Gun violence in this city is at an all time high. In 2021 there were 39 homicides. As of yesterday, Nathan was 38 and the other individual from that night was number 39, halfway through 2022.

RIP Nate Dogg…. You are so loved and missed.
