Lawyer $ return my girls to CO! Ex kidnapped them

My ex husband who I have a restraining order on, has taken my girls out of their school in CO and enrolled them in TX without my knowledge and has refused to return them to me or for Christmas. I'm filing emergency orders to get them returned home. I have retained a lawyer and am having a hard time keeping up with bills since I had to get a different job working from home.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
