LAWSUIT AGAINST IDO

Tax deductible
Dear Friends, Neighbors, and Community,

The Santa Barbara Martineztown Neighborhood Association (SBMTNA) agreed to file a lawsuit against the City of Albuquerque on the new Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) on May 17, 2018.

The SBMTNA filed this lawsuit knowing that it would be a costly endeavor, but also understanding that without the lawsuit the City of Albuquerque would continue to not listen to the neighborhood residents and continue to gentrify the neighborhood.

The mixed use and new IDO continues to destroy the predominant historical residential neighborhood.

In order to pay this lawsuit, the SBMTNA is asking our friends, neighbors, and community to help with the legal fund cost.

The goal for SBMTNA is to reach $50,000.  Please help us reach our goal.  Any amount is appreciated $5, $10, $20, or more.

The SBMTNA is a 501C3.  Send your donation to SBMTNA, 1420 Edith NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102, and note for Legal Fund or you can make a donation to gofundme.
