This is the most amazing lady you would ever have the honor to meet!! I met Laura when I was a little girl at her husbands church in West Covina, CA. I can tell you that my sister and I were so grateful to be a part of her life. Laura, was always very easy to talk to. She was sincere and always considerate of other people’s feelings. She could make you laugh with her quick wit and Intelligent humor! The most important quality was her willingness to serve other people and her love for God. She is one of a kind!
In 2006 she battled breast cancer and fought with many grueling treatments and procedures. In 2011, she lost her soul mate and husband after being married for 41 years! He was the love of her life! She then suffered a stroke in 2013 on her daughters birthday, that gave her a big setback. She fought back! Sadly , she was just informed that her cancer has returned . This time, her lungs and bones are affected . She has chosen to pursue hospice and limited treatment. She is living with her son, Adam in an apartment after losing the house they were living in. Her son is taking care of her needs during the day and night with hospice coming only for bathing needs. She cannot safely be alone at this time, so he has stepped up to be her caregiver. Which means he cannot work at this time . He needs help with expenses arising from her care and support during this difficult time. Please share for Team Laura!!! Also known as LaLa
